Order Cancellation

You are allowed to cancel your order before production or shipment, and we will process a full refund once your cancellation request is approved. No order cancellations can be processed after your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Valid Return Window

Returns are supported for all eligible items. You can submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.
If returns or exchanges are needed due to our mistakes, such as defective quality, wrong items delivered, or inconsistent product descriptions, we will bear all return shipping fees with zero extra cost for you. After we complete inspection and confirmation, we will quickly send you a replacement or issue a full refund as you wish.

 

Return Steps

1. Get in touch with Support: Message our customer service right away, and attach supporting materials including item photos and detailed issue explanations for our review.
2. Complimentary Return Label: If the fault falls on our side, we will supply a prepaid shipping label so you can send items back without paying postage.
3. Exchange or Full Refund: When we receive and check your returned package, we will arrange a new item replacement or full refund based on your choice.
4. The complete return procedure generally lasts 15 to 20 business days.
